I wish I can remember who posted a blog about fried rice, but it gave me an idea on what to make with the tiny bit of food I had in my house.  Soooooo, I was able to whip up this BOMB ASS fried rice!  OMG, screaming jack!! Side note: I would’ve used brown rice, but again…I used whatever lil’ bit that had & made it work ;) .
